Mountain Biking then Bonfire Night

Derwent ValleySo you have noticed that I will dedicate the 3 minutes I get in a day to update my blog! Today I’m off mountain biking around Derwent Valley with Joker, hopefully go around it twice which equals to about 24 miles. We went last week it was great!

After I need to work on a Website and get that finished for presenting, then to a Bonfire with Craig at Meadow Farm in Ecclesfield. Just so I can drink some JD’s to put me to sleep tonight (long story).

One step closer..

All BranWhile training at the gym, playing 5 aside and swalloing All Bran I am now down to 10st. My goal is 9st 10lbs.

Fitness Supreme

Rik MayallNow it’s time to get fit. Been training every morning this week then working hard on Web Projects. Just played 5 aside and our team were getting hammered for the first 15 mins.. Then we put it together to have a fantastic finish to win the game.

Wahey the lads! I bet you lot reading this are surprised that this is not another ‘how pissed did we get’ post. We all have lifes outside the pub you know.

Time to get fit..

After a really fun weekend and a good night at the pictures, it’s time I get my a*s in gear and get fit.. I got two weeks until Mark’s stag do which is gonna be a mental weekend so I have something to aim for.

Plus I got some projects to finish and going to the Job Opportunity day at PlusNet to see about the positions going.. (Mmm positions.. ;))
