Me and Joker have been hitting the gym, walking and biking for the past 3 weeks and now are getting closer to our target. I am now 10st with a view of getting down to 9st 12lbs and Joker is gradually getting what he’s been training for.. A bigger chest and muscles.

But with the weekend getting closer with two family birthdays I can see me messing my fitness up. Be stong Rich, be strong.. I will do this.

Working on new sites over at Main Man Bulldogs for a friend, and a personal project building Player Profiles including Ryan Giggs, Cristiano Ronaldo, Edgar Davids and more. Will be a nice portfolio.

SOAD UK and the Kaiser Chiefs sites have now been sold.

I am re-designing System of a Down UK. Keep your eyes peeled.

My blog and my web projects have been going crazy as my sites are changing servers. Like you all care anyway.

And Johno, if you post more sh1te I’m gonna kick yo a5s!
