Fitness is kicking in
Me and Joker have been hitting the gym, walking and biking for the past 3 weeks and now are getting closer to our target. I am now 10st with a view of getting down to 9st 12lbs and Joker is gradually getting what he’s been training for.. A bigger chest and muscles.
But with the weekend getting closer with two family birthdays I can see me messing my fitness up. Be stong Rich, be strong.. I will do this.

So you have noticed that I will dedicate the 3 minutes I get in a day to update my blog! Today I’m off mountain biking around Derwent Valley with Joker, hopefully go around it twice which equals to about 24 miles. We went last week it was great!
